Introduction
Acertec is an investment holding company. It was previously listed on AIM (delisted
30 June 2009) and, prior to a sale of its operating businesses in April 2010, was
the holding company of a group of businesses operating in the automotive, construction,
mining and civil engineering sectors.
As part of a restructuring of its balance sheet Acertec sold 100% of its operating
businesses to Stadco Automotive Ltd. Acertec retains a 10% shareholding in Stadco
Automotive Ltd.
